You do not need the App Store or Google Play. Intermio opens in your phone browser and can be added to your home screen like any other app. Once it is on your home screen, open it from there whenever you need your schedule.
No separate download
Intermio works from the browser on iPhone and Android. Adding it to your home screen gives you a full-screen app icon without installing anything from an app store.
1. Open Intermio on your phone
- Open Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.
- Go to app.intermio.com.
- Sign in with the account your manager invited you to use, or create an account if you are setting up a new workspace.
2. Add Intermio to your iPhone home screen
- In Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name and tap Add.
- Open Intermio once from the new home screen icon so it launches like a regular app.
3. Add Intermio to your Android home screen
- In Chrome, tap the menu button (three dots).
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen, depending on what your phone shows.
- Confirm the prompt.
- Open Intermio from your home screen or app drawer.
4. Turn on notifications (optional)
- Open Intermio from your home screen icon.
- Go to your notification settings inside the app.
- Allow notifications when your phone asks for permission.
- Ask your manager to publish a schedule update so you can confirm alerts are working.
Viewing your schedule offline
If you open your schedule or My Work page while you have internet, you can usually view it again briefly without a connection. For the latest version, open Intermio when you are back online.
